Shipping and Production Time Information
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
We pack and ship your order after meticulous quality control, a double count of every piece, and a final manager sign-off. Certain items require more packing and handling when items are extra-thick, have beveled or shaped edges, or have other elements that require some extra care before being packed up. Your shipping price includes al these steps, plus any shipping costs for the transit.

Can I pick up my order to save on shipping costs?
Absolutely! Pick up anytime during our regular business hours. You will get an email once your order is ready to be picked up.
When will my order be ready?
The time it takes to produce any order is dependent on the order specifications, quantity, and availability in the queue. During very busy times, typically October - December, if we cannot meet a timeline you selected with your order, you will be notified within 2 business days of the new timeline.
Can I rush my order?
Rush options are never guaranteed but are available when personalizing your item. Rush charges are only applied if the rush can be met by the studio.
What if my order is late?
All timelines are an approximation. Custom and bespoke orders will occasionally hit unforeseen issues during the process of creation. Delays are not normal, however, they are not a recognized reason for any discounts or refunds.
What if my order is damaged?
Bell'INVITO can only replace an order that is damaged during shipping if the order is rejected due to damage to the shipping box, or documentation of the damages caused by the shipper ent to us within 2 business days of receiving the shipment.
What if my order is incorrect?
If an order is incorrect (please see proofs and print method information for what is considered normal variations in product from proofing, and what might look different from your PDF once the product is made), we will send a call tag to get it bck from you, and we will begin to reproduce your order again as quickly as possible.
