Manufacturing details

Digital Printing: All digitally printed items start on white paper. "Paper Color" (background color) and text are all printed together. Digitally printed colors are not as saturated and vibrant as specialty printed colors. Card back is white.

Letterpress Printing: Paper is the the color of the paper chosen (front and back are the paper color chosen). Letterpress ink is not opaque. Paper color will tint the chosen ink to a much muddier shade. It is a look some like and others don't. Choose accordingly. In some instances, we will use foil instead of letterpress ink to accomplish a more opaque printing of your text.

Engraved Printing: Paper is the color of the paper chosen (front and back are the paper color chosen). Engraving ink is the most opaque, however a dark paper color will lessen the vibrance of any ink applied.

*Photos on cotton paper are not crisp. Larger faces do better, as detail will be minimized by the fine cotton fibers.
