WHAT IF?

...I need to add more or don't need as many as I ordered?

No problem. We'll give you an estimated price change. Make sure you do it before approving your proofs. Pricing goes up quite a bit if you approve then change anything at all; it does not go down if you approve and then decrease your quantity.

...I need to cancel?

If you cancel this product before you approve your proof, you will be refunded the amount of your order, less $400 to cover time and materials spent on prep work.

...I need more cards?

Easy! Place your order and you can add anything you like once it's started. We'll give you a custom quote. For most add-ons, you can simply pay when it ships.

...I want an appointment for someone to help me place my order?

In-person appointments are booked here or by phone. Your full appointment amount (we charge for in-person appointment time) goes toward your order. If you are good with a video or voice call to help place your order, there is no charge. Call 214.741.1717 during business hours to book or catch someone who can help you when you call.

*business days: Typical production business days are M - F. During holiday times, check to see what our business days are for that period. We do not count the days our studio is closed as "business days." Your designer will give you a ready-date once your proofs are approved.

**calligraphy: Calligraphy is hand-scripted by a calligrapher. If you are interested in a calligraphic style of lettering (created by an artist) as opposed to a font (can be typed in on a computer and easily changed), your designer will go over what the initial charge does and does not cover. Most of our calligraphy charges cover the full order, however, some unforeseen less common requests can increase the price.
