- How Many Do I Get?
Input any quantity. The default is set to the minimum of 25 shown in the quantity box.
- How Long Does It Take?
You choose below. Production days begin the business day after your proof approval date if a proof is chosen. Production days are only counted on open business days. One complimentary revision is included if a proof is chosen. A second proof is sent for final approval before production begins. If a proof is chosen, no production begins until an emailed proof approval is returned. Proofs are sent the next business day or sooner. Studio hours are above. Production is closed on National Holidays and from Dec. 23 to Jan 2 for the 2022-2023 Holiday Season.
- Can I Have Something More Custom?
Yes, of course! Custom design starts with a deposit for design services in addition to the product pricing below. This must be done by appointment.
- What Do These Terms Mean?
Specialty printing is very unique. Don't feel intimidated if you don't know all the terminology. There is a listing to the left under the images of terms. Additionally, we're always happy to answer any questions in a call or email.
- When Do I Talk To My Designer?
Once an order is placed, if you have made choices that require talking to your designer, we will contact you via the order email the next business day or before. We are happy to email, call, or video chat once the order is placed. If you'd like to discuss a new design before you order, call during business hours. If you prefer an in-person appointment, we require a design deposit. Online booking is here. Your deposit will go fully towards your order if placed within 10 days.
