- HOW MANY DO I GET?

The price per piece goes down as quantity goes up.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Production days begin the day after your proof approval date if a proof is chosen. You choose your production timing below.
- CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING AFTER I ORDER?
One complimentary revision is included if a proof is chosen below. Proofs are sent next business days or sooner. Studio hours are above. Once proof is approved, no changes can be made. If you need extra changes, proof costs apply, but you are welcome to keep changing until you love it, pre-approval, for up to 30 days.
- CAN I HAVE SOMETHING MORE CUSTOM?
Yes, of course! This must be done by appointment. Custom pricing is typically 20-40% higher than online pricing.
- I'M UNCLEAR ABOUT TERMINOLOGY. WHAT DO CERTAIN WORDS MEAN?
Specialty printing is very unique. Don't feel intimidated if you don't know all the terminology. There is a listing to the left (under the images) of terms and links to what they mean. Additionally, we're always happy to answer any questions in a call or email.
- WHEN DO I GET TIME WITH MY DESIGNER?
Once an order is placed, you have a designer. We send your proof to the order email and are happy to email, call, or video chat. If you'd like to discuss questions before you order, call during business hours. If you prefer an in-person appointment, we require a design deposit to cover the designer's time. Your deposit goes fully towards your order if placed within 10 days.
